Shipping Policy

 

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Australia only. Delivery to locations outside Australia is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total of 99.99 AUD or more, including 99.99 AUD, qualify for free shipping. Orders below 99.99 AUD are charged a flat shipping fee of 7.99 AUD.

3. Taxes

All product prices include applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

4. Order Cut Off Time

Orders placed and paid before 6:00 PM are processed starting the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the next day. If the processing start day falls on a non working day, processing will begin on the next working day.

5. Processing Time

Processing time is 2 to 3 working days. Processing includes order verification, packing, and dispatch arrangements.

6. Transit Time

The estimated total transit time is 6 to 10 working days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to local logistics arrangements, weather conditions, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

We may use one or more of the following carriers depending on delivery requirements and availability.

8. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information will be provided using the contact details submitted with the order. You can use the tracking number to check shipment status and follow delivery progress.

We take reasonable steps to protect your order during processing and dispatch. For delays or issues caused by factors beyond reasonable control, such as carrier delays, inaccurate or incomplete recipient information, or events that disrupt transport, we will assist with inquiries and communication, but we do not assume additional liability beyond what is required under applicable consumer protection and data protection obligations.

If your parcel is reported as abnormal, please contact us promptly so we can help investigate and support the resolution process.

10. Receipt And Inspection

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If there is visible damage or any abnormal condition, it is recommended to take photos and contact the carrier as soon as possible. If you notice an issue after receipt, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
